Faith Factory Summer Camp
(a.k.a. Vacation Bible School)

Cooler than Arctic Edge!

Wilder than Take the Plunge!

More powerful than - well - anything!

It's Power Lab, First Christian Church's 2008 Vacation Bible School!

Join us July 7-11 as we discover Jesus' miraculous power through Bible stories, songs, games, crafts, and other activities. As in past years, we will have plenty of fun and learning for re-kindergarten through kids who have completed 5th grade. Afternoon care will also be available (for children who have completed grades K-5).

We'll put more exciting details here on the site as they become available, or you can visit Group Publishing, the material's creator, for more information about the material.

Daily Schedule

Vacation Bible School activities run from 9:00am to noon every day, July 7-11.

Monday On Monday, Fizz teaches us our first Bible verse: Colossians 3:15, "Always be thankful". All day we'll be working on ways to be thankful, even when things don't quite go the way we expect.

Tuesday On Tuesday, Sparki teaches us our second Bible verse: Romans 12:13, "When God's people are in need, be ready to help them." We'll spend the day learning how we can be helpful, both at VBS and in real life.

Wednesday On Wednesday, Dewd teaches us the next Bible verse: Psalm 23:4, "I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me." The rest of the day will be all about the power of bravery in our lives.

Thursday On Thursday, Max teaches us a key Bible verse: John 14:19, "Since I live, you also will live." How cool is it to live forever? We'll be finding out for the rest of the day.

Friday On Friday, Electra teaches us our last Bible verse: Mark 16:15, "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone." All day long we'll see how we can spread the good news we've discovered this week - that Jesus has miraculous power!

There will also be an evening program (moms, dads, and siblings invited!) on Friday starting at 6:00pm. Come see what our kids have learned during the week.
